Any orders placed on this website constitute a contract between you, the buyer, and Sidecurtainrepairs.co.uk - a division of Haywood Products Ltd (HPL).

2. Placing Orders

Selecting items from the "Online Shop" section and clicking "add to basket" does not constitute placing an order. An order is placed by proceeding to checkout and making payment. A contract only exists at the time full payment is received by us.
All prices shown include delivery and V.A.T. where appropriate. Haywood Products Ltd VAT number is GB837023736


3. Delivery & Delivery Charges

All items are normally held in stock and despatched within 1 business day. However, if exceptional demand for an item results in stock shortages, we reserve the right to fulfill the order within 21 days. Delivery is carried out by post or carrier. The price in our Online Shop is the total price you pay


4. Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards.via Paypal only. We are able to accept credit card payment by telephone on 0871-223-5110. 6. Acceptance of Goods.

All items are shipped by post or by a national carrier company. If goods are delivered in damaged packaging please make a note of this on the carriers paperwork before accepting the goods. Any claims for shortages, damage or obvious defects must be made by email or by post within 5 days of receipt of goods.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this website is owned by Haywood Products Ltd and reproduction in whole or part is strictly prohibited. All dimensions, illustrations and drawings give approximate sizes only and are only to be considered indicative only and actual styles/colour may vary from those shown on the website.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any contract shall be in accordance with the laws of England

9. Guarantee

All goods are sold with a One year guarantee against defective materials or workmanship. Any items returned to us under this guarantee must be sent carriage paid and may be repaired or replaced at our absolute discretion

10. Refunds

Any item may returned to us for a refund if you are in anyway dissatisfied with the product. To claim a refund simply return the goods within 21 days to Haywood Products Ltd, Hixon Industrial Estate, Hixon, Staffs. ST18 0PY and the value of the goods will be refunded using the same method of payment in which you paid us.
